Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and enhancing the LMS to support internal employee learning as well as external and client-focused training programs
- Building and maintaining a structured learning library for self-paced, assessment-based, and blended learning
- Creating and updating training content in document, presentation, and audio-video formats
- Designing assessments, quizzes, certifications, and compliance-based evaluations
- Onboarding and managing internal and external vendor-led self-learning modules within the LMS
- Ensuring all learning content aligns with compliance, regulatory, audit, and organizational requirements
- Supporting mandatory compliance trainings such as HIPAA, data security, and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate training records, completion tracking, and certification evidence for audits
- Supporting learning initiatives related to the US Healthcare and Payment Integrity domain
- Tracking learning progress, completion, and effectiveness using LMS reports and analytics
- We are seeking a dynamic L&D Specialist with around 3 years of experience in learning and development, medical coding training, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in Life Sciences studies and experience in the US healthcare domain
- Hands-on experience with LMS setup, content creation, and learning program management
- Strong working experience with various AI tools for writing, editing, audio/video production, and content conversion
- Working knowledge of Payment Integrity concepts, denials management, and claims accuracy processes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent instructional design, documentation, and communication abilities
- Having a medical coding or related certification will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will be an added advantage
