Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management
● Design and implement structured talent and performance management frameworks
across the organization.
● Drive goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles ensuring fairness and
consistency.
● Partner with leadership on career progression, succession planning, and workforce
planning initiatives.
● Coach managers on effective performance conversations, feedback delivery, and
development planning.
● Use people analytics to track performance trends, engagement levels, attrition, and
program effectiveness.
● Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring
policy adherence.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural
interventions to improve retention.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements across the
employee lifecycle.
Talent Development
● Identify training and development needs through regular learning needs assessments
across departments.
● Design and execute learning programs covering technical, functional, leadership, and
soft skills.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful training
interventions.
● Track training participation, feedback, and evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI.
● Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and early
productivity of new hires.
● Enable a continuous learning culture by introducing development initiatives, tools, and
best practices.
● Analyze exit feedback and performance data to identify development gaps and
improvement opportunities.
● Adhere to all company Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and
procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and
customer data.
● Participate in mandatory information security awareness training upon hire and
annually thereafter.
● Promptly report any potential security incidents or suspicious activity to the designated
IT Security Team.
Who we are looking for
● Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
● 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech-driven, SaaS, or
matrixed organization.
● Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling performance
management frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, and development
planning.
● Strong experience in talent management and talent development initiatives,
including learning programs, career progression, and succession planning.
● Demonstrated capability in driving employee engagement, employee relations,
onboarding, and organizational culture initiatives.
● Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with
the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
● Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience using HR metrics,
dashboards, and data-driven insights to guide decisions.
● Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multicultural
environment, adapting people practices to business needs.
● Passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of
continuous learning, and leveraging technology to scale HR practices.
