Lead the development of high-fidelity, data-driven Digital Twins for Real Estate, Architecture, and Automotive applications. This role goes beyond static visualization—you will be responsible for building living, interactive, and real-time digital environments that integrate live data streams, BIM/CAD models, and advanced visualization systems. You will play a key role in designing scalable digital twin architectures that enable real-time decision-making for stakeholders through immersive 3D environments, dashboards, and simulations.
- Digital Twin Architecture & Development
● Lead the development of large-scale Digital Twins using Unreal Engine.
● Integrate real-time data sources including APIs, IoT streams, and telemetry into Unreal environments.
● Design systems that reflect real-world asset behavior in real time.
● Build interactive dashboards and simulations for operational and analytical use cases. - Data Visualization & Interactivity
● Design and implement real-time data overlays, heatmaps, and analytics-driven visual layers.
● Develop advanced interaction features such as “X-ray” views for architectural, mechanical, and automotive systems.
● Enable intuitive user interactions for complex datasets within 3D environments. - High-Fidelity Rendering & Performance Optimization
● Utilize Unreal Engine 5 features including Lumen and Nanite for photorealistic output.
● Optimize performance for large, complex scenes without compromising visual quality.
● Balance realism, scalability, and runtime efficiency across platforms. - BIM / CAD Data Pipeline Integration
● Streamline ingestion of BIM and CAD data from tools such as Revit, Rhino, and CAD software using Datasmith.
● Ensure accurate geometry, materials, metadata, and hierarchy preservation.
● Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to maintain data integrity. - Pixel Streaming & Deployment
● Deploy Unreal Engine applications via Pixel Streaming for browser-based access.
● Optimize streaming performance, latency, and scalability.
● Enable remote stakeholder access to Digital Twins without local installations. - Technical Leadership & Collaboration
● Act as a technical lead for Unreal Engine and Digital Twin initiatives.
● Collaborate with designers, architects, data engineers, and product teams.
● Guide best practices in Unreal workflows, asset pipelines, and optimization strategies.
● Support mentoring and technical decision-making across the team. - Must-Haves
● 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Unreal Engine.
● Strong portfolio showcasing Digital Twins, ArchViz projects, or Automotive visualizations/configurators.
● Proven experience integrating Unreal Engine with external data sources (REST APIs, JSON, MQTT, or similar).
● Strong understanding of Blueprints, Unreal rendering pipelines, and interactive logic.
● Experience working with large, complex 3D environments. - Highly Desirable
● Experience with geospatial tools such as Cesium for Unreal, ArcGIS, or GIS integrations.
● Strong background in technical art, including custom shaders, lighting systems, and material optimization.
● Familiarity with BIM workflows and industry standards.
● Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven or startup environments. - Bonus Points:
● Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse for collaborative digital twin workflows.
● Strong C++ skills for Unreal Engine and custom plugin development.
