Key Responsibilities

  • A. Recruitment Responsibilities (End-to-End)
  • Manage end-to-end non-technical recruitment (sales, admin, operations, support roles).
  • Source candidates through social media, networking, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and closure timelines.
  • Build a ready pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
  • Ensure fast turnaround and closure of open positions.
  • B. Operations & Admin Communication (Daily Core Work)
  • Handle high-volume chats, WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer, student, and candidate queries.
  • Explain company offerings, courses, and processes clearly.
  • Maintain daily logs, trackers, and reports.
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication flow.
  • Handle 350+ chat interactions/day when assigned to operations support.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to manage high-volume communication across platforms.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a target-driven and volume-heavy environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and job portals.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hybrid HR/operations role.
