Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to manage and scale regional operations across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from Telecom, Banking, or Insurance sectors, with proven expertise in customer handling, franchisee appointment, and team leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Industry Background: 8–10 years total experience, with candidates from Telecom, Banking, or Insurance preferred. Candidates solely from the education sector will not be considered.
- Core Experience: Demonstrated experience in appointing, managing, and scaling franchisee/dealer networks, along with handling a direct team of 5–7 members.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Key Traits: Strong market penetration capabilities, stability in past roles (no frequent job hopping), and willingness to travel extensively across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Network & Market Expansion: Appoint new franchisees, drive market penetration, and execute state brand-building and marketing calendars.
- Franchise Capability Building: Mentor franchisees to drive growth, handle non-performing partners, and influence franchisee marketing investments.
- Business Growth & Profitability: Drive student enrollment, retention, and manage overall state profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage Area Heads and regional teams to achieve organizational goals.
