We are looking for an Account Executive for a company situated in Hennur Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely in accordance with established procedures.
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable functions including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, verifying expenses, and issuing payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Assist in managing accounts receivable processes such as invoicing customers, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Expense Management: Review and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
