Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent and organized Admin Clerks with 2-3 years of experience in school administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be capable of handling clerical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize school records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and maintain accurate minutes.
  • Manage and update student records and administrative data.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.
  • Provide administrative support to school staff and management.
  • Ensure the filing system is maintained and up to date.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a school administration role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
