Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent and organized Admin Clerks with 2-3 years of experience in school administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be capable of handling clerical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize school records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and maintain accurate minutes.
- Manage and update student records and administrative data.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.
- Provide administrative support to school staff and management.
- Ensure the filing system is maintained and up to date.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a school administration role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
