About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AGM – Operations to support the Operations Head in managing and driving the overall operational excellence of our luxury jewellery brand. This role requires a goal-oriented achiever with a strong focus on P&L, financial discipline, customer service, and organizational efficiencies.

The AGM will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across all departments while contributing to building a high-performance culture, enhancing the happiness quotient, and making the company one of the best places to work.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & P&L Focus

Support the Operations Head in overseeing end-to-end operations across all functions.

Ensure financial discipline, profitability, and cost optimization in line with business goals.

Monitor and manage P&L performance while identifying areas for improvement.

Organizational Efficiency & Quality

Streamline processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations.

Drive initiatives for excellence in service delivery and operational standards.

Ensure alignment of day-to-day operations with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, finance, HR, retail, and design teams to support smooth functioning.

Assist in planning and executing strategic projects that drive growth and customer engagement.

People, Culture & Leadership

Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and ethical work culture.

Support training, engagement, and leadership initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction.

Act as a role model for principles, ethics, and service-mindedness.

Customer Experience

Ensure customer-first approach across all touchpoints.

Support the design and delivery of a world-class luxury customer experience.


Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership roles.

Strong background in operations, finance, or P&L management (luxury retail, hospitality, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries preferred).

Excellent understanding of organizational efficiencies and operational excellence.

Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on building culture and happiness quotient.

Highly detail-oriented with ability to see both the big picture and finer details.

Strong ethical grounding with a commitment to principles and customer-first service.
