Responsibilities includes
- Ability to understand key business drivers and its impact on the financial numbers.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic
decision-making, including P&L reporting, Pricing, revenue forecasts, cost analysis,
and profitability assessments - Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics, identifying trends and
areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations - Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans (AOP), ensuring alignment with
strategic objectives. - MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports
to senior leadership, highlighting critical financial insights and Solving/Enabling to
solve for process issues resulting in Value leakages. - Support during AOP/Business Plan build.
- Handling any Ad hoc issues/queries and resolving them in quick TAT
Qualifications:
● CMA Qualified with 1 to 2 years’ experience.
● Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
