Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to take
the lead on marketing strategy and execution for our Advanced Wound Care and
Hemostasis portfolio — including Axiostat® (hemostatic dressing) and MaxioCel®
(advanced wound dressing). You will play a key role in building our brand story, driving
digital engagement, and enabling the field teams across both domestic and international
markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Brand Marketing
- Drive marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for Axiostat® and MaxioCel®
across trauma, surgery, and wound care verticals. - Develop positioning, clinical messaging, and storytelling aligned with both
clinician and institutional buyer personas. - Plan and execute product launches, KOL engagement, and education programs
in partnership with medical aLairs. - Manage product lifecycle marketing including updates to claims, packaging, and
sales tools.
Digital Marketing - Own and execute digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media,
webinars, and influencer outreach). - Manage brand presence across digital platforms – including website, social
media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), and e-commerce partners. - Use tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and
Google Analytics to drive lead generation and conversion. - Measure campaign ROI and optimize digital strategies based on data and
insights.
