Work location: HOSUR, Tamilnadu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support existing franchises by conducting various activities, including school-based initiatives, to drive business growth.
- Identify and onboard new franchise prospects.
- Perform data analysis to track business performance
- Conduct presentations for prospective and existing parents.
- Travel regularly across assigned districts to support franchise operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Resident of Krishnagiri or Hosur (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel across nearby districts, including Salem, Namakkal, Karur, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Kallakurchi.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales and management experience.
- Flexibility to work on Sundays, if business need arises.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English & Tamil
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office tools
