Job Responsibilities
- Appointment of new franchisees and acquisition of students.
- Management of personnel and franchisees within the assigned area.
- Conducting effective school cracking activities and parent presentations.
- Driving overall revenue growth for the region.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with franchise partners
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.com / BSc & PG – MBA (Optional)
- Experience of 5 to 7 years in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years in franchise/business.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance or telecom sector can also apply
- Demonstrated ability to handle franchisees independently.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- The candidate should be willing to travel across Kolkata.
Skills Required
- Proven team handling experience — must have managed a team of 8 or more individuals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (especially for parent interactions).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage franchise operations and achieve business targets.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Language proficiency in English, Bengali and Hindi is a MUST.
