Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banquet Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving banquet sales through walk-in clients as well as corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage end-to-end event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their event requirements
- Promote banquet services for weddings, parties, and social events
- Generate business by connecting with corporate companies for events, conferences, and meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Handle event bookings, negotiations, and closures
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in banquet sales / event sales / hospitality sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously
- Good networking skills with corporate clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
