Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to support marketing and business strategy through actionable insights. The ideal candidate will analyse revenue trends, customer behaviour, and sales performance, and help design effective campaigns and initiatives to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and sales performance trackers on a regular basis.
Analyze sales trends, product performance, and channel-wise results to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
2. Customer Insights & Analytics
Study customer behaviour, preferences, and purchase trends to identify key drivers of conversion and retention.
Segment customers based on demographics, purchase frequency, and value contribution.
Monitor customer lifecycle metrics (acquisition, repeat rate, average ticket size, etc.) and propose initiatives to improve them.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand industry dynamics and evolving customer requirements.
Gather insights from both internal and external data sources to inform business decisions.
Prepare business intelligence reports to guide product, pricing, and marketing strategies.
4. Campaign Planning & Evaluation
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, track, and evaluate promotional campaigns.
Measure campaign ROI, lead generation, and conversion impact.
Recommend new campaign ideas and channels based on data insights and market trends.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align reporting frameworks and performance metrics.
Present business findings and insights to management in a clear and actionable manner.
