We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and service lines.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
- Build a structured pipeline for client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance the firm’s brand visibility through seminars, networking events, and digital marketing.
- Represent the firm in professional forums and business development events.
- Coordinate with service teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce (CA qualification preferred but not mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in a CA firm, consulting, or professional services setup.
- Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies and achieve measurable results.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
