Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic, relationshipdriven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our B2B branding and creative practice. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and partnerships, and requires someone who understands how branding, communication, and creative solutions solve complex business problems. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors with decision-makers, shaping proposals, and converting conversations into long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Identify, pursue, and close new B2B business opportunities across branding, strategy, design, communication, and digital engagements
● Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid-to-large enterprises, startups, and institutional clients
● Lead outbound efforts including prospecting, pitching, presentations, and negotiations
● Lead the end-to-end pitch process: discovery, scoping, solutioning, pricing, and closure along with Client Relations Head.
● Work closely with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
● Identify new sectors, service offerings, and partnership opportunities for growth
● Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
● Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, maintaining clarity on expectations and outcomes.
