Responsibilities and Duties
● Support in developing and delivering client pitches by aligning insights, strategy, and
creative ideas to address client needs.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and
relationship management.
● Translate client objectives into clear project briefs for internal teams.
● Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops to ensure client satisfaction.
● Anticipate client needs, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain a trusted advisory
relationship.
● Present ideas, campaigns, and strategies to clients in a clear and compelling way.
● Conduct research on industry, market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform
brand strategy.
● Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop brand positioning, messaging, and
campaign strategies.
● Support clients in defining their brand purpose, values, voice, and differentiation in the
market.
Working days: Monday-Friday (Working on the weekends is very likely in this ecosystem, but only
when required)
