Job Description Corporate Finance Analyst
Preferred Industry: Renewable Energy Industry(Solar)
1. Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities
2. Analysing valuation and returns.
3. Overseeing transaction due diligence.
4. Negotiating transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents
5. Dealing with structuring and other transaction-related matters
6. Liasioning with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals
7. Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
8. Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
