Responsible for driving B2B sales growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for travel ticketing, tourism, and hospitality services offered through the company’s B2B platform. The role focuses on key account management, revenue generation, partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Corporate & B2B Sales:
- Identify, acquire and manage corporate clients across industries for business travel, MICE ticketing, hotel booking and tourism services.
- Drive sales for the B2B Travel platform, including flight tickets, hotels, visa services, holiday packages and ancillary services.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR, Admin, Travel Desk Heads and Procurement teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for key corporate accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, SLAs and pricing agreements.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, travel agents and corporate alliances.
- Work closely with suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, DMCs, Tour Operators) to create competitive offerings.
- Expand market reach through partnerships and strategic tie-ups.
Platform Adoption & Solution Selling:
- Demonstrate and onboard clients onto the B2B travel platform, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Understand client travel policies and customize solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for implementation, reporting, and post-sales support.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and pipeline updates for management
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to enhance platform features.
Qualification, key skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
- MBA or PGDM preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B / Corporate Sales within travel, tourism, ticketing or hospitality.
- Proven ability in solution selling and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of corporate travel management, MICE and hospitality services.
- Experience working with B2B travel platforms or TMCs is highly preferred.
- Result-driven with strong networking abilities
