Creative Copywriter (Contract to hire) (4-6Yrs)


looking for a creative writer who will help build a strong
customer TOV across all our brands. You should be the go-to idea person, concept
maven, and creative writer at our fashion-forward content and creative team in
English for digital campaigns and social media projects.
Basic qualifications –
 Minimum 4 years experience at a fast-paced advertisement agency
 Should be an ‘idea’ person with experience handling clients; can rally creative
and digital teams around the central idea and concept
 Excellent at formulating and presenting ideas for marketing and brand
communications
 Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions . Ideate, write and execute original
and iconic creative concepts in response to brand managers’ briefs, objectives,
or goals
 Passionate about new-age creative formats and creating brand campaigns –
including social media reels, shorts, and digital ad films.
 Can write and tailor the content and copy according to their purpose – whether
they are intended to sell, engage, or inform
 Ability to deliver omnichannel copywriting, including presentations, manifestos,
scripts, everything digital, webpages, blogs, social media, slogans, and news
releases. Understand the nativity requirements of different channels
 Lives from brief to brief – hungry to break one down and come out with ideas
for hero/ hub/ hygiene content
 Goes beyond writing to ensure flawless execution – works with creative and
shoot teams to ensure that the visual elements and forms complement the
words
 Understand the target audience for each brand – you’re not just writing for the
brand, you’re writing for their community, so you’ll need to know what interests
them
 Identifies key messages – understand the main thing that you want the audience
to feel and do and how to communicate this powerfully
 High bar on quality – the ability to edit own and others’ writing. Grammar
obsessed!
 Values research over everything else – interested in learning about fashion and
style and the latest trends
 Identifies fresh and interesting angles for written pieces
 Works collaboratively with the marketing team and brand managers to review
the impact of work
 Works on business pitches and PPTs to present new ideas and projects

70% of the day creating, researching and conceptualizing new content across all
brands
30% of the day in ideation meetings, working on collaborative projects, and joint
ideation sessions tied to driving P0 metrics to meet organizational goals

Qualifications
 Agency background
 Portfolio of past work and writing samples with metrics on performance
 BA in English Literature with a postgraduate degree in advertising or mass media
communications
