Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Customer IT department on the deployment and
maintenance of voice network technologies. - Installing, configuring, and maintenance of Pbx/Voip systems .Attending to service
requests through remote/onsite . - Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving,
backup, and retrieval procedures. - Documentation of the Site details /Performance certificates
- Develop Customer relationships
- AMC follow ups and closure
- Keeping in touch with the current trends
Qualification Requirements:
- . Bachelor’s degree in Engg, information technology, or similar.
- Avaya experience if available would be an additional bonus
- Experience 1- 2 years in telephony – Pbx/IP
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
