Process)
Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive will manage high-volume customer interactions across chat, calls, WhatsApp, and
email. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-oriented
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve 350+ customer chats per day efficiently and professionally
- Handle customer queries via chat, call, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain company offerings, courses, and services clearly to customers
- Maintain daily reports and customer interaction logs
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth support operations
Key Requirements
- Average to good verbal and written communication skills
- 1–2 years of experience in chat or customer support process
- Comfortable handling high chat volumes daily
- Energetic, disciplined, and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary up to ■25,000 per month

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timings:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
