What You Will Be Doing
- Work toward common goals of pipeline generation for the assigned geography/ sector
through high quality/ focused email campaigns. - Regularly report on quantity & quality of leads conversion
- Maintain focus and commitment to assigned targets
- Develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy
- Utilize quantitative methods to measure, manage, and optimize efforts on campaign
performance - Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency,
and productivity - Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting.
- Work closely with Manager to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-up.
- Help build a fun, high-energy environment where people love to perform and celebrate
wins
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience gained in IT services, software or consulting sales, preferably if from a
investment banking/ Investment deal sourcing background. - 2-5 years of individual contributor business development/ client acquisition experience
with a track record of consistently achieving quota - Desire to lead, coach, and develop others around you. You have a passion for developing
talent and coaching a team to success - Relevant experience in a hands-on lead generation role, driving key metrics and daily
activity, preferably in a IT Services/ SaaS organization - Consistent proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectations
- The desire to develop new business opportunities
- Ability to forecast your business – lead conversion data through to pipeline build and win
rates - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships
- You can adapt easily to a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based
on the core competencies for the role
