Key Responsibilities & Skills
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD tools such as Pallet CAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Creo
Handle the project from site visit, design, CNC coordination, cutlist, till the finished project
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes in line with lean manufacturing principles
Create and analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate costing and execution
Plan layouts and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency
Implement quality assurance systems and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Monitor quality control activities and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, documentation, and analysis
Design and optimize plant layouts and material handling systems
Perform cost estimation and support effective resource planning
Manage manpower allocation, supervise teams, and ensure smooth coordination on the shop floor
Support Production Planning & Control (PPC) to meet delivery timelines and production targets
