Key Responsibilities / Accountability

Business Development & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive revenue achievement by building and managing a strong opportunity pipeline across enterprise events, exhibitions, and large-format engagements.
  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including discovery meetings, requirement analysis, product demos, solutioning, proposal creation, and deal closure.
  • Act as the primary product evangelist during client pitches, presentations, and industry showcases.

Client & Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with tech, operations, onboarding, and client-servicing teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work as a strategic advisor to clients, recommending the right solutions based on business needs.
  • Facilitate smooth transition from sales to delivery, ensuring all functional teams are aligned on scope and expectations.

Product Strategy & Innovation

  • Provide structured, data-backed product feedback to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
  • Work with the product and tech teams to drive continuous improvements, feature enhancements, and innovation.
  • Ensure internal teams (sales, creative, client servicing) are equipped to pitch effectively in proposals and RFPs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 15–18 years of experience in event technology, SaaS platforms, enterprise events, B2B solutioning, or client servicing roles.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and presentation capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in event-tech platforms or enterprise event workflows is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with high ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial problem-solving approach.
