Head HR – 10+ yrs experience, handling Recruitment, HR, Admin, and Statutory functions who is Tech
Savvy.  

Recruitment:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified
    candidates.
  2. Utilize technology and data analytics for talent acquisition, optimizing the hiring process.
  3. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with department heads to align
    recruitment with organizational goals.
  4. Oversee onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the company.

HR Functions:

  1. Design and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
  2. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a collaborative
    environment.
  3. Spearhead performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and
    professional development.
  4. Implement employee engagement initiatives and leverage technology for effective
    communication within the organization.

Admin:

  1. Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management.
  2. Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
  3. Oversee travel arrangements, event planning, and coordination of office logistics.

Statutory Functions:

  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Manage payroll processing and tax compliance, staying updated on legal changes.
  3. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.
  4. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

Technology Integration:

  3. Monitor industry trends on social platforms for insights into evolving HR practices.
