Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Management
• Own and drive the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints — in-store, digital, print, and outdoor
• Develop and execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) campaigns aligned with seasonal collections, festive calendars, and brand milestones
• Conceptualise creative assets including visual merchandising ideas, campaign imagery, packaging, and in-store collateral
• Demonstrate strong graphic design sensibility and an ability to visualise ideas; hands-on proficiency with design tools and creative apps is a plus
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Lead the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging
platforms with engaging, on-brand content
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic) to drive
footfall and online engagement
• Drive SEO/SEM strategies and manage the brand’s online reputation and reviews
• Leverage tech-savviness and familiarity with modern apps and digital tools to enhance marketing
efficiency and innovation
CRM & E-Commerce
• Build and manage the CRM strategy to drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty
programme engagement
• Support or lead the e-commerce channel, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline brand experiences
• Track and analyse customer data to personalise outreach and maximise lifetime value
Events, PR & Partnerships
• Plan and execute brand events, trunk shows, exhibitions, influencer collaborations, and store launch activities
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, media houses, and influencers to secure earned media and brand visibility
• Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
Performance & Analytics
• Set marketing KPIs, track campaign performance, and present regular MIS reports to the leadership team
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently with a clear ROI orientation
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies
AI & Emerging Technology in Marketing
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI and its applications in modern marketing — including
generative AI for content creation, AI-driven customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and
marketing automation
• Leverage AI tools across all marketing initiatives including campaign ideation, copywriting, social
media content generation, visual design, ad optimisation, and performance reporting
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI-powered marketing platforms and integrate them into day-to-day workflows to drive efficiency, personalisation, and competitive advantage
• Champion an AI-first mindset within the marketing function, training and upskilling the team to adopt AI tools for faster execution and smarter decision-making
