POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and establish effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Pan India Hiring: overseeing recruitment activities across multiple locations in Pan India and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive employer brand, both internally and externally.
  • Statutory Compliance: Obtaining of licenses and registration required, filling periodical challans returns under Labour laws, maintaining of various registers as prescribed under the applicable Labour laws, processing PF transfer in, transfer Out and Withdrawal request, handling PF queries and employee request, handling inspection and internal or external audit, Contractors’ data maintained monthly.
  • Full & Final Settlement: Ensure F&F is processed after system termination and handover process of company assets, Assistance to exited employees with PF withdrawal and transfer process, Resolving queries of exited employees.

Qualifications:

  • Any Degree/ bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • Proven experience as a generalist.
  • Must have 4-6 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, compliance, and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ready to travel on sites & handle blue collar employees
