JD IS AS FOLLOWS
- Be a part of the Corporate Sales Team – based out of Bengaluru
- Reporting to the Director (based out of Bengaluru)
- Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the
organization. - Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view of
the market and the company’s future - Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by
planning cost-effective operations and market development activities - Communicate and maintain good relationships with corporates, shareholders, business
partners and authorities - Create sales funnel and reach out to the decision makers of prospective corporates /
organisation. - Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are requiring / involved
in domestic and international and travel & MICE - Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure
company survival and growth.
Eligibility Criteria – - Proven experience of 4- 8 years in the Business Development / Sales Manager’s role
handling Corporate Accounts in Bengaluru. - Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces in Hospitality industry that influence
the company - Strong understanding of corporate compliances / finance and measures of performance
- Familiarity with management best practices
- Excellent organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Technically strong and updated -, CRM & Sales / Corporate onboarding Process
