Experience Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, lead generation, conversion and
business development responsibilities in Manufacturing & Education Industry.

Job Profile

➢ Responsible for Lead Generation & Conversion
➢ Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly sales and growth
targets.
➢ Generating prospective enquiries from potential Industry customers
for existing and new business.
Participating in RFQ events, Industrial exhibitions, preparation of
proposals, follow up and
converting into orders
Formulating Revenue budgeting & implementing business
development plans for Learn and Earn vertical
Responsible for overall order management, interfacing with the
customers, monitoring delivery performance, and handling customer
complaints
Role of being a customer representative
Brand building, Publicity, Sales, Marketing and Leads management

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibflities:

  • Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the
    specified geographical area
  • Plan the target customers in the planned industry regions and visit them
  • Reaching unexplored industry regions and visiting prospective clients
  • Understanding the critical processes of the clients’ products/ services
  • Conduct feasibility of the training and propose a suitable techno-
    commercial training proposal to bridge the skill gap.
  • Meeting the set targets and taking corrective action when needed, review
    performance with team members
  • Focusing on existing and new acquisition customers from the
    assigned territory, to strengthen the sales funnel
  • Effectively participating in various Industrial Fairs/ Education fairs/ any
    other promotional events and exhibitions
  • Build and Manage prospect client database, keeping accurate record
    and notes of contact information, follow up and prospect activity.
  • Competitor benchmarking and bringing out new strategies for revenue
    generation from new business

Essential Skills:

  • Computer savvy (MS Office – mainly MS Word and MS Excel, MS PPT
    and Internet)
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Proficiency
    in contract negotiations, and Concluding contracts
  • Preparing dashboards on weekly basis of Marketing activitiesfor NTTF
    and generating detailed reports.
  • Identifying prospects through various Offline andOnline/ digital
    marketing campaigns like LinkedIn, Facebook, Email campaign.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and regional and local languages @
    the assigned region.
