Job Purpose
As a Conceptualizer – Copy & Concept, you will be responsible for leading ideation and storytelling across client
pitches, campaigns, and strategic communication. You will drive narrative development, brand voice consistency,
and creative articulation across formats. The role demands a strategic mindset, a passion for storytelling, and an
eye for cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities / Accountability
 Strategic Concept Development
Own the end-to-end development of ideas, concepts, and themes for events, campaigns, and internal
initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights.
 Client Pitch Support & Creative Storytelling
Craft compelling narratives, decks, and scripts for client presentations, working closely with BD, strategy,
and creative teams to win business and enhance proposal impact.
 Brand Voice & Messaging Alignment

Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across content formats—whether digital, on-
ground, or internal communication.

 Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration
Partner with design, digital, and delivery teams to translate ideas into visual storytelling, theme lines, and
end-to-end narratives.
 Social Media Campaign Thinking
Contribute to the ideation and copywriting for social media content, employer branding campaigns, and
thought leadership initiatives.
 Research, Trends & Insight Mining
Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and category trends to infuse concepts with freshness and relevance.

Required Qualifications & Experience Required Skills & Competencies
 Graduate/Postgraduate in Communications,
Journalism, Mass Media, English, or Marketing

 Strategic storytelling and creative ideation

 4–6 years of experience in creative copywriting,
brand communication, or experiential/event
marketing
 Exposure to integrated campaigns (digital +
on-ground) and experience with B2B/B2C
brands
 Proven experience in leading pitches, script
writing, and concept presentations
 Ability to simplify complex ideas into
compelling narratives and copy.

 Strong command over written English with flair
for impactful copy
 Excellent presentation and articulation skills
 Team collaboration and time management
 Visual and cultural awareness
 Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced
environment.
