Key Responsibilities
- A. Recruitment Responsibilities (End-to-End)
- Manage end-to-end non-technical recruitment (sales, admin, operations, support roles).
- Source candidates through social media, networking, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and closure timelines.
- Build a ready pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
- Ensure fast turnaround and closure of open positions.
- B. Operations & Admin Communication (Daily Core Work)
- Handle high-volume chats, WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls professionally.
- Respond to customer, student, and candidate queries.
- Explain company offerings, courses, and processes clearly.
- Maintain daily logs, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication flow.
- Handle 350+ chat interactions/day when assigned to operations support.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred).
- Ability to manage high-volume communication across platforms.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a target-driven and volume-heavy environment.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and job portals.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hybrid HR/operations role.
