Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support both recruitment and generalist HR/Customer Support activities. This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in a comprehensive HR function. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, people-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
● Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
● Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
● Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
● Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth on boarding experience.
● Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Customer Support:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing both inbound and outbound queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
● Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, providing clear and accurate solutions.
● Identify and escalate high-priority cases to relevant teams, following the defined escalation process to ensure prompt resolution.
● Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver timely responses and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and/or HR operations.
● Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
● Eagerness to learn and contribute to different areas of HR.
