Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and qualification of prospects.
- Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team.
- Train, monitor, and coach team members to achieve targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Improve and optimize inside sales processes for higher conversions.
- Prepare performance reports for management review.

Qualifications
