Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
  • Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and qualification of prospects.
  • Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team.
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members to achieve targets.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Improve and optimize inside sales processes for higher conversions.
  • Prepare performance reports for management review.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team and deliver consistent results.
  • Excellent communication and CRM proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS sales cycles.
  • High ownership, discipline, and process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
