Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to drive business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have international sales experience, preferably in trauma care, emergency medical products, and safety kits. This role requires strong sales acumen, market development skills, and a deep understanding of distributor management in international territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the company’s footprint in key markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in target regions.
- Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military, emergency services, and government procurement agencies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and market entry strategies for different geographies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with distributors and stakeholders.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to align sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Life Sciences / Biomedical Engineering / related fields.
- 4 years of international sales experience in medical devices /trauma care /emergency safety kits.
- Strong network with hospitals, military, emergency response teams, and distributors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships.
- Experience in handling tenders and government contracts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to advanced wound care products, dressings, or surgical disposables.
- Existing network in key accounts across public and private hospitals.
- Hands-on experience managing sales in both urban and semi-urban markets.
