Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and enhancing the LMS to support internal employee learning as well as external and client-focused training programs
- Building and maintaining a structured learning library for self-paced, assessment-based, and blended learning
- Creating and updating training content in document, presentation, and audio-video formats
- Designing assessments, quizzes, certifications, and compliance-based evaluations
- Onboarding and managing internal and external vendor-led self-learning modules within the LMS
- Ensuring all learning content aligns with compliance, regulatory, audit, and organizational requirements
- Supporting mandatory compliance trainings such as HIPAA, data security, and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate training records, completion tracking, and certification evidence for audits
- Supporting learning initiatives related to the US Healthcare and Payment Integrity domain
- Tracking learning progress, completion, and effectiveness using LMS reports and analytics

In This Role, You Will:
- Work closely with the Library (domain) team and relevant stakeholders to collect, curate, and structure Medical Coding and Payment Integrity learning content within the LMS. This includes content related to the claims lifecycle, payment accuracy, improper payment prevention, overpayment identification and recovery, fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA), regulatory and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and medical coding practices using industry-standard coding systems including ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Level II, DRG-PCS, NDC, and other coding systems used in the US healthcare ecosystem. Content will be organized for effective assignment and consumption by both internal users and external business stakeholders.
- Drive AI-enabled learning by leveraging AI tools for training content creation, documentation, learning analytics, and automation, while enabling employees to adopt AI responsibly and effectively in learning and operational workflows
- Lead the setup, administration, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS), including creation of structured learning paths, role-based curricula, assessments, certifications, and comprehensive reporting dashboards
- Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, workflows, product manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and learning materials to ensure consistent knowledge transfer and operational readiness across teams
- Support induction and orientation programs by structuring onboarding content, learning paths, and milestones within the LMS to enable a smooth transition into role-specific responsibilities.
- Support and coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs by structuring learning plans, tracking progress, and capturing completion and readiness indicators in the LMS, in collaboration with business teams.
- Track learner progress, assessment outcomes, and certification completion using LMS reports and analytics, and proactively identify learning gaps to recommend targeted interventions
- Partner with business leaders and internal and external subject-matter experts to identify skill gaps and support the structuring, coordination, and continuous improvement of upskilling and development initiatives through the LMS.
