Key Responsibilities:
● Own and drive the overall brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and differentiated
brand identity across all digital and offline touch points in a B2B environment.
● Define, plan, and oversee social media strategy and governance, driving sustained
engagement, reach, and brand affinity across platforms.
● Lead and govern content strategy and creation across formats including posts,
videos, blogs, thought leadership, PR assets, case studies, and marketing collateral.
● Own and optimize digital performance marketing initiatives (Google Ads and paid
campaigns), with accountability for ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
● Own and scale email marketing and automation programs using HubSpot, driving
lead nurturing, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
● Manage and integrate multiple CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce,
and other CRMs) to ensure seamless lead flow, attribution, and reporting.
● Build and manage customer cohorts / segmentation strategies to enable targeted
campaigns, ABM initiatives, and personalized communication.
● Leverage marketing intelligence and prospecting tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Lead
Pyramid, or similar platforms to support demand generation and ABM programs.
● Act as the primary stakeholder manager, coordinating with internal teams, external
agencies, PR partners, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
● Liaise closely with Google Partner teams and other OEMs to align branding,
co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and partner-led programs in line with
Google guidelines.
● Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and budgeting
to execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
● Lead event and field marketing initiatives, including webinars, partner events, and
industry engagements, covering end-to-end planning and execution.
● Drive SEO and organic growth strategy, improving visibility, inbound traffic, and
content performance across key digital channels.
● Build, lead, and scale the marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, performance
management, and capability development.
● Ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives,
working closely with leadership, sales, and revenue teams.
What We’re Looking For
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
● Proven experience of 7+years in marketing, or a related field, preferably in [B2B].
● Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business
objectives into effective branding campaigns.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and
present ideas effectively.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
● Experience in HubSpot and other marketing tools or media.
