Education
MBBS/MD or equivalent degree from a recognized medical institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration / License to practice.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical and corporate experience.
Prior experience in a process-driven, review-based medical environment
preferred.
Proven experience as a practicing physician.
A. Clinical Responsibilities
Provide expert medical guidance to patients/clients, including telephonic
consultations where required.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk cases requiring
advanced medical expertise.
Interpret symptoms, diagnose medical conditions, and recommend
appropriate treatment plans.
Prescribe and interpret laboratory tests to support diagnosis and follow-up
care.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the Electronic Health
Records (EHR) system.
Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality and ethical medical
practices.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of diseases, epidemiology, examination
methodologies, diagnostics, and common medications (including side effects
and contraindications).
B. Operational Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure efficient workflows and
patient satisfaction.
Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and procedures to
enhance service quality and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical and
operational excellence.
Lead quality assurance initiatives, audits, and accreditation processes.
Coordinate with administrative teams to optimize resources and ensure
smooth operations.
