Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager with 4–5 years of
experience in the wound care market, to drive sales across government, private, and institutional
segments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem,
established relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven ability to generate business and
grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement area-specific sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned territory across government hospitals,
private healthcare providers, and institutions.
Business Development: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including
procurement heads, hospital administrators, and clinicians. - Identify and onboard new customers and institutional clients.
Tender & Institutional Sales: - Lead participation in government tenders and rate contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, regulatory, and
marketing. - Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and territory insights.
