About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Operations Leader (GM – Operations) with proven expertise in managing complex operations, driving profitability, and creating organizational excellence. This role is critical for ensuring that the brand not only achieves its business and financial goals but also becomes the best place to work, with a culture rooted in ethics, customer-first service, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, equally capable of driving P&L performance while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and a high Happiness Quotient within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & P&L Management
Lead and oversee all departments (operations, marketing, finance, HR, sales, quality, and customer experience).
Ensure strong focus on financial performance, P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth.
Drive operational efficiencies and ensure the highest quality standards across functions.
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Develop and implement strategies to scale the brand while maintaining its luxury positioning.
Balance short-term goals with long-term growth vision.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and profitability enhancement.
People & Culture Leadership
Build and sustain a positive, high-performance culture where employees are motivated, engaged, and valued.
Champion initiatives that make the organization the best place to work.
Drive training, development, and leadership-building programs across levels.
Customer Experience & Service Orientation
Embed a customer-first approach across all departments.
Ensure world-class service standards in both retail and after-sales touchpoints.

Key Requirements
30+ years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership roles.
Background can be from:
CA / Finance professionals with strong P&L and business acumen.
Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, or Consumer-Focused Industries with exposure to service excellence.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving profitability, and creating efficiencies.
Strong strategic mindset with ability to look at both the bigger picture and fine details.
