Job Title: Personal Secretary to General Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary to support the General Manager of a leading hotel. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and MOM
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential documents
  • Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodation
  • Act as a liaison between the GM and department heads
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Office
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and key projects
  • Organize events, business visits, and executive meetings
  • Travel along with the GM when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant (Hospitality preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements
