Regional Sales Manager (8-12 yrs Medical Device/equipment, Job Location: Chennai)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing periodic business plans and strategies in coordination with the vision of the Organization.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the clients
  • Generating daily leads and regular follow up with the team to progress.
  • Organizing various Sales promotional Events.
  • Client visits to generate business
  • Maintaining strong region-wide revenue.
  • Leading a team of ASMs, BDMs & BDEs

Key Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of relevant work experience
  • Core industry knowledge and the region (be given to handle), particularly the Medical Equipment Market (Critical Care device/equipment or medical or surgical device/equipment)
