Key Responsibilities
Greet, engage, and build relationships with walk-in clients to ensure a premium brand experience.
Understand client preferences and guide them through the product range to help make confident purchase decisions.
Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
Manage client data and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, special requests, and client servicing.
Represent the brand with elegance, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times.
Desired Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
High level of energy, positivity, and customer orientation.
Strong sense of grooming, etiquette, and presentation befitting a luxury retail environment.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry (CRM experience preferred).
