Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:

 Actively engage with potential customers to understand their preferences and
needs.
 Showcase Lexus car models, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling
points.
 Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the luxury and
performance of Lexus vehicles.
 Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Customer Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business
and referrals.
 Provide personalized and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction
throughout the sales process.
 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Product Knowledge:

 Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and technologies of Lexus car
models.
 Conduct continuous training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Sales Reporting:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and prospects.
 Generate regular sales reports to track individual and team performance against
targets.
Collaboration:

 Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless
customer experience.
 Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product
knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
 Knowledge of financing options and the ability to guide customers through the
purchasing process.
 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
