● Lead Generation and Initial Contact
o Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through
cold calling.
o Maintaining a database of leads and tracking interactions.
● Client Engagement and Meetings
o Preparing for and attending client meetings.
o Coordinating high-level meetings involving the CEO if
necessary.
● Proposal Management
o Creating and sharing well-structured proposals based on
client needs.
● Negotiation and Deal Closing
o Negotiating terms of engagement to achieve favorable
outcomes.
o Finalizing deals and ensuring all terms are clearly
documented.
● Requirement Communication
o Collaborating with the operational team to communicate
the assignment requirements effectively.
o Following up to ensure smooth execution.
