Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Associates to handle both inbound and outbound calls and
convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (upto 180 calls per day)
- Connect with potential customers and explain services
- Convert leads into sales and maintain follow-ups
- Update lead details and status
Key Requirements - Minimum qualification: Undergraduate
- 1–2 years of experience required
- Good communication skills
- Target-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹25,000
- Growth opportunities based on performance
