Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordination
Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
information.
Analyze week on week task of sales team with timelines and ensuring activities like customer follow up, proposal
sending, POC movement etc are executed in timely manner.
Respond to request from customers and give sales support when requested.
Coordinating with other departments.
Reporting & Analysis:
Collect, Analyze and present various sales reports to management.
Highlight the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to management
Analyze report from each department and analyze the progress of each department as per the committed
timelines.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be
considered a plus;
Excellent Excel skills
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Presentation skills
The ability to write reports and proposals
