- Leading National Sales Operations
• Define regional and national targets for city Sales Managers and monitor revenue performance.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition of corporate clients, TMCs, relocation partners, & channel alliances.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B corporate travel and accommodation business.
• Develop marketing and revenue growth strategy and its implementation - Corporate Client Acquisition & Key Account Management
• Identify and onboard major corporate clients, MNCs, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and government entities through Sales teams.
• Build strong relationships with travel, admin, procurement, and HR decision-makers across Corporates.
• Lead negotiations on corporate contracts, rate agreements, RFPs, LTAs, and billing terms.
• Ensure client satisfaction by resolving escalations and ensuring seamless services. - Team Leadership & Territory Management
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance direction to regional teams.
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of targets / goals.
• Conduct regular reviews and field visits, performance reviews, and training programs for team members. - Supplier & Partner Development
• Work closely with supply team to ensure quality of services and inventory at best revenue plan
• Establish partnerships with chain hotels, apartment providers, travel management companies, and relocation networks.
• Ensure support to corporate’s requirements such as safety, compliance, billing, and GST norms. - Market Research & Sales Intelligence
• Analyze corporate travel patterns, price benchmarks, seasonal demands, and competitor strategies.
• Study corporate travel compliance, GST details, travel expense policies, and contracting norms.
• Provide insights to improve platform features, pricing models, and client engagement tools. - Sales Operations & Reporting
• Oversee regional performance MIS, reports, forecasts, and revenue dashboards.
• Ensure efficient use of CRM for client tracking, pipeline management, and booking analytics.
• Submit detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports to Board of Directors
• Collaborate with finance, tech, operations, and account management teams for smooth execution. - Compliance, Quality & Client Experience
• Ensure that all bookings meet corporate standards on billing, safety, hygiene, GST, and documentation.
• Resolve major escalations and coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor feedback and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance corporate experience. - Core Competencies Required
