1.      Salary bracket is Rs 5  lakhs per annum upwards. The candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience.

2.      Fixed conveyance of Rs 4,000/– per month.

3.      Incentives extra over and above the salary and conveyance.

4.      All interviews will be face to face and that will be the first and the final round.

5.      Candidates should know Kannada language.

6.      Willingness to travel in Bangalore and towns/cities in Karnataka and should have a valid DL and a two-wheeler. 

7.      This is a field sales job and the candidate needs to travel all around Bangalore and a few other cities.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join
our Wooden Flooring division. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating
leads, acquiring new clients, and driving sales of wooden flooring products to residential
and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent
communication skills, and a strong understanding of the wooden flooring market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the residential and commercial
    segments for wooden flooring products.
  2. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking,
    referrals, and attending trade shows or industry events.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective
    customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and advantages of our wooden
    flooring products.
  4. Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements to
    recommend suitable wooden flooring solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective
    customers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers,
    architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and
    installation teams, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation
    of wooden flooring products.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities,
    providing feedback and insights to management to inform sales and marketing
    strategies.
  9. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities,
    pipelines, and opportunities for review by management.
    10.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales
    activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best
    practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
    field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales roles.
  3. Knowledge of the wooden flooring market, products, and installation processes is
    preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
    engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving
    revenue growth.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
    tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  7. Valid 2 wheeler driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
  8. Willingness to travel and Willingness to be in a team.
