shape our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Total Rewards, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and
executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy. This role will focus
on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated
rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation
benchmarking, short-term incentive programs (STIPs), long-term incentive programs
(LTIPs), and global benefits administration. The successful candidate will need strong
analytical and data modelling skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and
PowerPoint, to deliver actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior
leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global compensation
framework and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive
market practices.
Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards
programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and
executive compensation.
Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent
and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the
organization.
Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains
competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to
ensure that compensation packages are aligned with global industry standards and
company objectives.
Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and
competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and
organizational goals.
Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning,
budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for
compensation strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend
compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and
performance.
Develop, maintain, and update compensation-related reports and dashboards,
providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Lead the communication of total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity,
understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international compensation
regulations, and monitor any legislative changes that may impact compensation and
benefits programs.
Manage and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals, ensuring continuous
development and delivery of high-quality work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ Proven experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits
leadership role, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job
architecture, and rewards strategy.
In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive
compensation practices.
Strong background in global benefits administration, including the design and
management of benefits packages across different regions.
Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical
analysis, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for
executive audiences, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data and
insights.
Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, with the ability
to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly
within the IT services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-
functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
Ability to manage and mentor a team, providing leadership and guidance on Total
Rewards initiatives.
Familiarity with global compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in compensation, benefits, or total rewards (e.g., CCP, GRP)
are highly desirable.
Experience in implementing and managing global compensation tools and software.
